Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, Ma on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Cener, Natick, Ma intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Columbus Instruments Inernational, 950 N Hague Ave, Columbus, Oh 43204-2121. This order is for Oxymax high speed gas drying, 4 station CLAMS telemetry receiver sysem, Oxymax high speed gas sensing upgrade with current version of software, 8 station tempe rature controlled enclosure, temperature ramping and 4 station CLAMS shelving. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
