This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Toshia America Medical , 2441 Michelle Dr., Tustin, CA 92780 for the period of date of award for one year for the John D. Dingell VAMC, 4646 R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201-1916 using simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. The requirement is for the following items: This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by 4:30 p.m. EST., 7/30/2014.
