This is a notice of intent to sole source. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)1600 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta Georiga 30341 intends to sole source; in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has the intent to award a sole source firm fixed price supply contract to MOLBIO DIAGNOSTICS PVT. LTD., PLOT NO. L-46, PHASE II D, VERNA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, VERNA, GOA - 403 722, INDIA. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334516. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase: 1) Truelab Real Time Micro PCR Workstation comprising of: Truelab Quattro Real Time Quantitative Micro PCR Analyser, Trueprep AUTO v2 Universal Cartridge Based Sample Prep Device, Truelab micro PCR Bluetooth Printer and Truepet SPA fixed volume precision micropipette 6ul, and Workstation Accessories pack; 2) Truenat MTB Plus Test; 3) Truenat MTB Test; 4) Truenat MTB-RIF Dx; and 5) Four (4) years of Preventative Maintenance (CMC) post 12 months of standard warranty for a period of five (5) years total. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
