Description: Notice on Intent to award sole source procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for PinPoint II Circuit Tester to DiagnoSYS Systems, Inc., 102 Park Place BLVD, Building B, Kissimee, FL 34741. The tester will be used for the circuit cards our AFREP members repair throughout the Air Base. This unit have been approved by NAVSEA MTR. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.301-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service s will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposals. A determination to not compete this proposed procurement was made because NAVSEA MTR approved and authorizes the use of this equipment above others.
