The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), replacement parts , manufactured solely by King Nutronics a small business. These replacement parts are actual “direct replacement� parts/components for the existing pressure calibrators. The proprietary data limits our competition since these parts and only these parts meet the government’s minimum requirements.
