70--Warrenty and repair work to be perform on an atmospheric transmission system

The United States Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground- Belvoir (ACC-APG-Belvoir) intends to award, on a sole source basis to CI Systems for a firm fixed price purchase order. This order is for the purchase of warranty work on absolute atmospheric transmission system and for the performance of repair to a one of a kind system built by CI System. All responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required licenses and support may submit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received via email within Five (5) calendar days of the date of this notice at 2:00 PM EST. The anticipated award date is Ten (10) days from the closing date of this notice. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https://orca.bpn.gov. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
