CK Technologies Wire Integrity Test (Model CKT1175) Upgrade of Three(3) Systems

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Cherry Point Satellite Contract Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to CK Technologies, Inc., 3629 Vista Mercado Camarillo CA 93012, (Cage Code: 0D8R7) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the Upgrade of the CK Technologies Wire Integrity Test System (Model CKT1175). Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required items. Therefore, the government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis from CK Technologies, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the systems. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
