49--Intent to Sole Source Contract for repair and upgrade of Ultrax Inter Connect Devices (ICD).

The Missouri Army National Guard intends to sole source a contract with Ultrax Aerospace Inc for repair and upgrade of Ultrax Inter Connect Devices (ICD). The ICDs are used for the repair of UH-60 flight control electronics. Ultrax Aerospace Inc. is the original manufacturer of the ICDs and writer of proprietary sofware that allows them to run with the SCATS test set that Ultrax also manufactures.
