The USPFO for Missouri Purchasing and Contracting Office, 7101 Military Circle, Jefferson City, MO 65101 intends to sole source a base plus three option years contract with Diagnosis Systems Inc. The Missouri Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group (MO-TASMG) requires Diagnosis Pinpoint IIR Calibration, Repair, and Training. The MO-TASMG has two Diagnosis PinPoint IIR systems. These systems require annual calibration to be used in repair of Army electronic components. Also on an as needed basis repairs will also be required to the PinPoint IIR sub-assemblies. Operator and advanced programmer training will be needed on an annual basis to keep operators' skills at the DEPOT programmer/repairer level. Diagnosis Systems Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the PinPoint IIR testing system. The circuit cards that require calibration are proprietary to the PinPoint and manufactured by Diagnosis. The operating and testing software used in the PinPoint IIR was created by the OEM. Market Research was also conducted, and it was determined that Diagnosis Systems Inc. was the only vendor that could provide all the services required in this contract.
