The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Tennant Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen, MD 21005 has a requirement to procure the following items: CLIN 0001 133 each; Miniature Attitude Heading Reference System (AHRS) (Part No.: 6223-4220); Unit Price: $_______________ Total Price: $________________ CLIN 0002 133 each; CONN, Micro DB9, Male, Leads (Part No.: 6224-0100); Unit Price: $________________ Total Price: $_________________ CLIN 0003 Shipping of all items; Total Price: $_________________ The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source order/contract to MicroStrain Incorporated located at 459 Hurricane Lane STE 102, Williston, VT 05495-2082. This firm is the sole developer/manufacturer /distributor of the product. This action requires the same transducer in order to maintain common sensor suite within ATC. This sensor system has been installed in hundreds of test vehicles. Maintaining a common sensor suite provides a benefit to the Government because the sensors are interchangeable and if one should fail, common cabling, electrical, and mechanical interface is consistent. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334513 and the Business Size Standard is 500. All responses received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
