NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for the project entitled "Relocate DPM in SPD" for services to relocate a Differential Pressure Monitor, located in the SPD location at the Department of Veterans Affairs; Miami VA Healthcare System, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami 33125. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
