--Vital Sense Monitor

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army  Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negoti ate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Mini Mitter Company, Inc., 20300 Empire Avenue, Bldg. B-3, Bend, OR 97701-5745. This effort is to provide the Government with a 11 each vital sense monitor with medic mode with padded case; 1 each vital sense software, manual and Communications cable; VHR vital sense hear rate sensor; 125 each skin temperature dermal patch and 125 each jonah core body temperature capsule. This is the only system that has unique sensor Ids and that allows for 10 sen sors per subject and provides skin temperature and caloric expenditures.
