The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for repair parts, software and accessories for Pulmonary Function Analyzers (VIASYS). The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement. The suggested c ontractor is Viasys Healthcare , 22745 Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. The repair parts package consist of : (1) 41 Cephalo- BAN02887A, Cephalo-BAN02887A-1, 22E-BAN02573C, BAN02573A, 62J- BAN02573A, BAN02573C. (2)Total support of the company-technical, clinical, sales, service, and engineering. Afactort trained service staff of over 60 Field Service Reps and 30 Tech Support Specialist. All applicable software revisions within the original purchased version of operating software. Unlimited replacement repair parts. Shipped pre-paid overnight delivery express. Extended equipme nt life through routine, scheduled preventive maintenance. Preventive maintence documentation for hospital accreditation inspection. Peripheral protection for your systems computer and printer. These repair parts will be used for equipment maintenance and repairs of the hospitals Pulmonary Function Analyzer., and upgrading of software and accessories. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This informatio n will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
