The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm Fixed Price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Censis Technologies, Inc. and will be issued as a purchase order. The prospective contractor shall provide Censitrac Hardware for tech refresh that is compatible with existing hardware and integrates seamlessly with the existing systems. Based on market research, the required items can only be purchased from Censis Technologies Inc. According to the current manufacturer, Censis Technologies Inc is a Proprietary Source for this product and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Therefore, the sole source award to Censis Technologies Inc. is in the best interest of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334510 with the size standard of 1,250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes. Any vendor who believes it can meet the requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by 5/5/2023 at 11:00 AM CT.
