This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source purchase order and is not a request for quote. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit a quote and enter into a purchase order with American Infrared for the purchase of three high resolution, short wave AI-1000 Infrared Cameras. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this action is 334413. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. INSCOM requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
