The Department of Veteran Affairs, VISN 17, intends to negotiate, solely with Commercial Media Systems Inc., 556 Florida Central Parkway, Suite 1052, Longwood, FL 32750, for purchase of Media System including associated peripherals, use for the Technical Training Center. This is a continuation proprietary system and the equipment must be compatible with the existing system. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334310 and the size standard is 750 employees. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All interested parties may identity their interest and capability with literature and documentation and must submit their information no later 12:00 Noon, CST on 7 June 2007. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement will be based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
