58--Intent to Sole Source

The 177th Fighter Wing intends to enter into a sole source contractual agreement with Westone Laboratories Inc. 2235 Executive Circle, Colorado Springs CO 80906 as the only source that can provide the ACCES Ear Piece System with the following components: AXAMK ACCES Air Crew Modular 79802 ACCES ACMC 6db 79830 ACCES 02 Comm Cord 79210 ACCES Case Kit There is not a set-aside restriction for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334310 with a small business size standard in number of employee 750. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
