The Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract for a period of performance of 190 days with one small business, eVideon, Inc. Interested parties shall identify their interests and capability. Any response to this notice shall show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
