The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1000. This RFQ does not provide for full and open competition. The procurement of this item is being conducted on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The intended source is Smiths Aerospace, Inc., Grand Rapids, MI 49512. Technical data (engineering drawings and/or specifications) is not available. Only Smiths Aerospace, Inc. has the capability to provide this item within the required delivery time. The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation: One time fleet license for software imbedded in the model 3253K2 Voice and Data Recorder, Part Number DPD-32, quantity of 1 each. FOB point is origin. Inspection and acceptance shall be at origin by the Government. All items shall be delivered to Commander160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, Attention: SOMO Anthony Dortch, (272-798-1056), 7277 Nightstalker Way, Fort Campbell, KY 42223.
