Intent to Award Sole Source to Silvus Technologies

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson ABW, Alaska intends to award a Single Source purchase order to Silvus Technologies, Inc as a result of them being the sole designer, manufacturer, and vendor for their products. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed in the salient characteristics document. Deadline date for the submittals is 10 August 2020 at 4 pm Alaska Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please see attached documents for details.
