This is hereby a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Purchase Order to YORK COUNTY, 224 BALLARD ST, YORKTOWN, VA 23690, DUNS Number 010054815, Cage Code: 1X0C8 on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Based on signed Memorandum of Agreement between York County and USCG Training Center of which York County operates and owns the regional radio system. The following information is provided.
