Notice of Intent to Sole Source In-Flight Wireless Data Services for Commandant Aircraft

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The USCG intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to: GoGo Business Aviation LLC. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide in-flight Wifi service for C101, the USCG C37A aircraft, for Commandant and other stake holders. This is not a request for quotes. This notice is being used for informational purposes.
