This is a notice of the Government's intent to award an unrestricted sole source contract, the procurement of an upgrade to the existing Microlog system, thereby facilitating the improvement and sustainment of the appointing processes for the Kimbrough Medical Activity (MEDDAC). The MEDDAC includes Barquist Army Health Clinic, Fort Detrick, MD, Kirk Army Health Clinic, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, MD. This notice is an urgent requirement for Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center at Fort Meade, MD.
