The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Consolidated Mail Out Pharmacy(CMOP) NCO 15 Regional Procurement Office - Central on behalf of the VA Murfreesboro CMOP intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source award to The Culver Group to obtain Honeywell PX6E Thermal Printers under a Urgent and Compelling need to stand up additional workstations in support of increased production in meeting patient needs. This sole source award to The Culver Group as there are no other supplies that will satisfiy the agency requirements and in accordance with VAAR 819.7007(a). This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This Special Notice is being issued for information purpose only. The formal Justification & Approval for this action shall be posted on this site in accordance with FAR Part 6.305(a) within 14 days after final award.
