Notice of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to ATECH Technical Group LLC pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. The proposed order is for Card Reader for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with ATECH Technical Group LLC, 11654 Plaza America Dr #719 Reston, VA 20190. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
