USAMRAA intends to negotiate this contract on a sole source basis with in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR) part 6.302-1,Only one responsible source and NO other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)1). This announcement constitutes the only notice a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quote. This Special Notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to Compete with proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
