(RFQ) N0018918QQ194, was posted on GSAeBUY (RFQ1330006) on September 13, 2018 for the solicitation and award of a brand name Information Technology (IT) solution from Honeywell PD 43 Bar Code printers and associated equipment. This acquisition is issued in accordance with (IAW) the policies and procedures at FAR 8.4. The delivery order will be issued to only authorized vendors who have the brand name PD 43 Bar Code printers and extended warranty items on Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract. For administrative convenience, the contracting officer will add items not on the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) to the FSS order. All applicable acquisition regulations pertaining to the purchase of the items not on the FSS will be followed (e.g., publicizing (Part 5), competition requirements (Part 6), acquisition of commercial items (Part 12), contracting methods (Parts 13, 14, and 15), and small business programs (Part 19)). The ordering activity contracting officer will determine the price for the items not on the FSS is fair and reasonable. The items will be clearly labeled on the order as items not on the Federal Supply Schedule. All clauses applicable to items not on the FSS will be included in the order.
