Intent to Award Sole Source for repair of Auma Actuators

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Auma Actuators, Inc., 100 Southpoint Blvd, Canonsburg, PA 15317-9559, to provide all parts, material and labor to repair/service to two Auma Actuators that are used at Lake Darling Dam, in Foxhole, ND. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
