NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Robertson Mfg., 112 Woodland Ave, West Grove, PA 19390-1118, for the acquisition of Thermal Insulation Part Numbers: 12519536/426ea, 12519537/426ea, 12519538/213ea, FC4010-101/213ea, FC4020-101/213ea, FC4030-101/213ea, DC4040-101/213ea, FC4060-101/213ea, and FC4070-101/476ea in support of the LEAD RG33 Conversion Program. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. Solicitation number W911N2-13-T-0073 will be released O/A 16 July 2013 and close O/A 24 July 2013. The FOB Point is Lettekenny Army Depot (Destination). The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
