The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), TACOM Contracting Center (TCC) plans to awards a two (2) year requirements contract with three (3) one (1) year options on a sole source basis to Kalmar RT Center LLC, (Cage Code 1NWY2) under the RESET program. This contract will provide for the three distinct work efforts consisting of a RESET maintenance program, a Specialized Repair Activity (SRA) repair effort, and provide Contractor Field Service Representatives (CFSR) in support of the Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) vehicles. The RTCH is a container-handling vehicle with the capability to lift the standard 20 and 40 foot long International Standard Organization (ISO) family of 8 foot wide containers weighing up to 53,000 pounds while operating on beaches, rough terrain and unimproved surfaces. The Armys supply system relies heavily on quickly delivering ISO containers through air, sea and rail ports of debarkation to the battlefield.
