This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-02 (Effective 01-14-2022) and DFARS Change 12/30/2021 (Effective 01/01/2022). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The nature of this action is to award a contract for troubleshooting, and repair of Capstans Drive System inability to reverse direction without a complete shutdown of Capstan Controller on the USS North Dakota. This action will require the Capstan Drive Motor to be shipped to the OEM, Operational Test and Evaluation performed, and Provide a report of the operational test and evaluation in accordance with the Statement of Work CONTRACT TYPE: The contract resulting from this RFQ will be Firm Fixed Price. QUOTE PRICING BREAKDOWN: Please submit pricing for this requirement for the Operational Test and Evaluation phase of this requirement based on the below table. Please note a separate line item will be included on the award for over and above work in the anticipation of any significant deficiencies that require notification to PNS (SOW Paragraph 5.2) and subsequent repairs.
