66--Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to Atlas Copco Compressors LLC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Nashville District, Contracting Division, intends to issue a sole source purchase order for two (2) Atlas Copco Air Dryer, Type FX10, P/N 8102218818 in accordance with FAR Part 12 Regulations, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Atlas Copco Compressors LLC in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 333912. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
