Intent to Sole Source Dehumindfiers Maintenance and Repair

Provide the following maintenance and repairwork at each site annotated. Catoosa Volunteer Training Site, Tunnel Hill, GA – This system has one ADU (CHP/Operational Protection Shelter/building) located on the Training Site. It is currently non-operational and needs a one-time service call for repair and cleaning. Winchester Armory/FMS shop, Winchester, TN – This system has one ADU (CHP/Operational Protection Shelter/building) located behind the FMS shop near the radar building. It is currently operational and needs a one-time preventive maintenance check/cleaning. UTES Milan/Lavinia Volunteer Training Site, Lavinia TN – This system has several (20) Operational Protection Lines located in the lower UTES motor pool area. These lines are all non-operational and need repair and maintenance checks.
