This is in support of existing services that are proprietary to the CJIS office. Therefore, Bell Howell is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the requirement of the FBI. This notice will be distributed solely through the U. S. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1).
