U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to award a sole source contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Robotronics Inc. in Springville, UT 84663-3057. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedure s (SAP) and only one responsible source is known and no other item will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the purchase of a Seamoor the Sea Serpent© which is a key part of the HQUSACE water safety program. These are commercial items t hat will be acquired under FAR Part 13.
