NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans SAO West NCO 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC), 6162 S. Willow Dr, STE 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to enter into sole source Purchase Order Agreement authorized by FAR 13.106- 1(b), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source purchase order to A2Z Supply Corporation 302 Main Street, Stevensville, MT 59870, a Service Disable Veteran Owned small business. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 332999. The contractor shall provide the Oklahoma City VA Police Department ammunition for 9MM and Long gun weapons. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 1:00pm Mountain Time, Thursday, March 8, 2018. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. All Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses or Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to this notice must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry (located at http://www.vetbiz.gov) to be considered as a company doing business in the said socioeconomic category.
