13--Acquisition of systems and components utilizing consumable and combustible type products

The US Army Contracting Command New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Armtec Defense Products, 85-901 Ave 53, Coachella, CA 92236 for the purchase of systems and components utilizing consumable and combustible type products. This requirement is being purchased under sole source procedures under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). However, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 332994 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The type of contract action being used is a sole source firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract.
