Notice of Intent

This is Special Notice. The U.S.Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Adminsitration ( DEA), intend to award a sole source Purchase Order to Geissele Automatics Inc., for carbine parts. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) August 1, 2023. Point of contact is [email protected]. The proposed order is for carbine parts for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Geissele Automatics Inc., 800 E. Walnut St,, North Wales, PA 19454. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
