Total modification value is approximately $98,595.00. The contractor is Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Co., 640 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, CT, 06070. Ensign-Bickford is currently producing live APOBS units for the Marine Corps under the, IDIQ production contract (M67854-06-D-1021) which was a competed action. The APOBS units that require UID labeling work are currently at Ensign-Bickford's facility and are part of the current production lot or are under contract and pending production. The estimated award / contract modification date is 21 November 2008. UID labeling will start immediately upon award for units that have completed the production process.
