This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-15-D-D011 with Timken Aerospace in Keene, NH and serves as the special synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg for the period of 1/9/2017 through 1/9/2018 for the evaluation and repair of gyro subassemblies of the Navy Weapon System. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder.
