Notification of a Brand Name Sole Source Procurement: the Government intends to sole source for SPX Power Team brand for pumps and rams at the Louisville Repair Station, Louisville, KY because the hydraulic pumps and rams must be compatible with the existing pumps and rams used at the Louisville Repair Station. All of the current pumps, rams, and repair parts are made by SPX Power Team. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by agency. A proposal must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM EST on 07 May 2013 to [email protected].
