THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE . Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source contract to Main Street Art, Inc. located at 450 S. Alpine Highway, Alpine, UT 84004 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Acquisition is for First to Fire Statue. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, if a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 332323. Size Standard is 500. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 4:00 pm CST, November 27, 2020, the contract will be issued without further notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
