MARMC intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Gaylord Marine Services, Inc. for the following items: 1 EA Hood, Grease Interceptor, LG=39", w/ Thermostat & 24V Actuator (IAW NAVSEA Drawing No. 8684899 Piece 1) 1 EA Hood, Grease Interceptor, LG=72", w/ Thermostat & 24V Actuator (IAW NAVSEA Drawing No. 8684899 Piece 6) 1 EA Hood, Grease Interceptor, LG=39", w/ Thermostat & 24V Actuator (IAW NAVSEA Drawing No. 8684900 Piece 1) 1 EA Damper, Aux Fire, 24V, LH, 8H X 5W X 16L (IAW NAVSEA Drawing No. 8684900 Piece 5) 1 EA Hood, Grease Interceptor, LG=40", w/ Thermostat & 24V Actuator (IAW NAVSEA Drawing No. 8684901 Piece 1) 1 EA Hood, Grease Interceptor, LG=115", w/ Thermostat, Damper Control & Actuator (IAW NAVSEA Drawing No. 8684902 Piece 1) 1 EA Auxiliary Exhaust Terminal, 6W X 10H X 16L (IAW NAVSEA Drawing No. 8684902 Piece 4) Note : Per the above referenced NAVSEA drawings, the use of substitute material may adversely affect the system or structural integrity. Therefore, substitute material shall not be used without the concurrence of the planning yard technical branch via Liaison Action Record (LAR). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may challenge the sole source intent by submitting a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
