Intent to Sole Source - ER Door Repair

Network Contracting Office 2 is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide a comprehensive vehicle for the repair of the revolving door & the repair of three Telescopic doors located in the Emergency Room. The front Revolving Door needs to be repaired as an emergency. With the heavy flow that comes into the main entrances we need to have it repaired as soon as possible. Business information and capability statement must be submitted by 12:00PM EDT on July 16, 2021. Please see attached notice for additional details.
