Vulkan Clutch for Chiller unit

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source award with American Vulkan Corporation for the purchase of: 1 ea Coupling (Chiller Clutch) Vulkan ESLU-R 19.1022-185 PN 1E102202A0. Part are to be delivered to Wilford Hall Medical Center at 2200 Berquist Dr. Lackland AFB Tx 78236-5300. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. However, all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the point of contacts.
