Action to procure glass removal and installation services for the Gamma Radiation Facility

The Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Hot Cell Services Corporation, 22626 85th Pl S Kent, WA 98031, a contract for removing and installing new glass for the Gamma Radiation Facility. Hot Cell Services Corporation is able to provide the unique glass which is extremely difficult to design and costly to build. Hot Cell Corporation does not need to invest time in research develop for this requirement and will be able to provide the glass with out the additional requirement of research and design. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
