Marine Corps Systems Command: Intent award sole-source contract for work-in-progress for Tachical Fuel and Water Systems.

Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with JGB Enterprises, Inc. of 115 Metropolitan Street, Liverpool New York, to have them complete work-in-progress. The task stems from the Government issuing JGB a Termination for the Convenience of the Government. This action completes work frozen mid-process as a result of the Termination. This task encompasses all activities necessary to render the partially-manufactured items complete and useful to the government. Items are spread among over 60 locations nationwide. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
