16 -- B52 Ejection Seat Cushions

This announcement is notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The items to be purchased as a sole source are B52 seat parts (ejection seat cushions), which have been specially designed and tested for fit to the B52. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 326150, business size standard is 500 employees. The sole source contractor is Oregon Aero, 34020 SKYWAY DRIVE, SCAPPOOSE, Oregon 97056-2516. The items to be purchased are as follows: 60 (each) Tested and Certified, B52 ejection seat cushions. Oregon Aero is a Woman Owned Small Business. Any contractors who believe that they have the capability to meet the listed qualifications may submit, for consideration by the government, a statement of capability. Comments are due by 10 September 2004, at Noon. If no comments are received by the closing date, a purchase order will be issued to the above named sole source. Address any questions to Sheila R.
