--Intent to Procure via Sole Source Cage Washing Chemicals, Holding Tanks and Chemical Monitoring Services

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing an Intent to Procure via Sole Source the purchase of Cage Washing Chemicals with the provision of holding tanks and chemical monitoring services on behalf of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), Division of Veterinary Medicine with Quip Laboratories, Inc. as a short-term purchase order of 6 months with 3 2-month option periods in anticipation of the competition and award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BP A) contracting vehicle. A solicitation is not available for this short-term, sole-source effort. The solicitation for the BPA shall be initiated and advertised in the November/December 2007 timeframe.
