Thin Layer Explosive (TLX) Lines

NAVSEA, NSWC Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division has a requirement for additional one hundred sixty-one Thin Layer Explosive (TLX) lines. The proposed contract action is a modification to contract N00174-13-C-0034 awarded to Universal Propulsion Company, Inc. located at 3530 Branscombe Road, Fairfield, CA 94533.
